New York Bight GIS Data
Below is a list of data available on the USGS Coastal and Marine Geology Program's New York Bight Inner-Continental Shelf Internet Map Server. Data have been compiled from various published sources and most of the data are currently available on-line for viewing and download. Many data layers for the New York Bight Internet Map Server have been compiled by outside organizations contributing to USGS publications. Though some images have been converted to geographic for compilation within the Internet Map Server (IMS), the published images may be available in their original, published projected coordinate system. The specific projection and datum information of the published image is noted in the data layer description. The GIS data publications are currently available on-line for user access and downloads.
